In the new Where in the USA is Carmen Sandiego game, people tell you what the thief looks like. You need to fill out a warrant for their arrest based on this information. However, the witnesses only tell you one piece of information apiece! Come on! If they saw the person, why can't they tell me more? Geez!
Of course, in the older version, you filled out a warrant based on personality traits. Now that makes a whole lot more sense.
